Tube Bending and Wire Bending

We offer tube bending with 1/6" to 2 1/2" tooling. We perform wire bending and fabrication up to 1/4". The materials we use in tube bending, tube fabrication and wire bending include stainless steel, aluminum, copper and carbon steel.

Typical tube bending and tube fabrication projects include such things as tube supply lines, tubular handles, manifolds and chipping gun nozzles. Wire bending projects include wire racks, caddies and a variety of point-of-purchase displays, including wallpaper and fabric displays. Wallpaper and fabric displays, commonly used in design centers, are a specialty, in fact.

One of our fabric display configurations is what we call the Fabric Wand, weighing just six pounds, with a solid welded and riveted construction, mountable at a height of your choosing, with wall mounting hardware available. This fabric display, at 38" Wide and featuring 5/8" diameter round steel tubing, is easily installed, and fabric wands can be removed without the use of a ladder. A variety of both wallpaper and fabric displays can be manufactured to your specifications.

Tubular handles are another specialty of ours. These can be fabricated from materials including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and copper. Handles can be manufactured to your specifications, and in such configurations as folding handles, standard and offset. These kinds of tubular handles are commonly used in various original equipment manufacturer (OEM) applications.
